Condo fees on residential units are in addition to rent, and include water, garbage,

The application fee is $99.00 per applicant. Applications are good for 30 days.
Credit requirements are as follows:
- Income must be a minimum of 3 times the rent.
- Credit score must exceed 600.
- Credit history must show no late payments, collections, judgments, or derogatory accounts.
