Rental Application

Credit, background checks, and income verification are conducted through AmRent and TransUnion.

The application fee is $99.00 per applicant, and applications are valid for 30 days after submission. 

 The following credit requirements must be met:

• Income must be a minimum of three times the rent.
• Credit scores must exceed 600.
• Credit history must reflect no late payments, collections, judgments, or derogatory accounts.

*Please note that we do not accept housing vouchers.

A unit cannot be secured without a signed lease and a security deposit. Units also cannot be held beyond the unit's "move-in ready" date. 

Additionally, completing an application or scheduling a tour does not guarantee that you will secure a unit or that your desired unit will still be available at the time of your tour or upon application submission.

Application fees are non-refundable.
