Rental Application

Credit, background checks, and income verification are conducted through AmRent and TransUnion.

The application fee is $99 per applicant and is valid for 30 days. Application fees are non-refundable.

 The following credit requirements must be met:

• Income must be a minimum of three times the rent.
• Credit scores must exceed 600.
• Credit history must reflect no late payments, collections, judgments, or derogatory accounts.

 Units can only be secured once the lease is signed and the security deposit has been received. Units also cannot be held beyond the unit's "move-in ready" date. 

Additionally, completing an application or scheduling a tour does not guarantee that you will secure a unit or that your desired unit will still be available at the time of your tour or upon application submission.
